Information you provide
Depending on the feature used, Alt-Well may receive information such as:
- Name, email address, username, and account credentials.
- Billing and shipping details, order history, subscription tier, and account preferences.
- Messages sent through contact, support, partnership, or editorial forms.
- Newsletter choices, survey responses, event registrations, and voluntary profile information.
Visitors should not submit medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, insurance information, or other highly sensitive health information through general website forms or community tools.
Information collected automatically
